Fuel Communications celebrated the official launch of the company with a launch party at clients Urban Brew’s café and bar in the Royal William Yard.
The 100 plus guests in attendance took part in a raffle which raised over £200 for local children’s charity Jeremiah Journey. Prizes were donated by Plymouth Argyle FC, Bays Brewery, Langage Farm, St Mellion, Kaya Gallery, Hot Salsa, The Business Exchange, Thistle Hotels and Borringdon Hall.
“It was tremendous to share our opening in the company of clients and advisors in such great surroundings. It was great to be able to personally thank everybody for their contribution whilst raising money for a very worthy cause” said Fuel Director Martyn King.
A delighted Sarah Wilson from Jeremiah’s Journey commented, “We were really pleased that the guys at Fuel chose us to be the evening’s nominated charity and the funds raised will go towards supporting more bereaved children.”
Fuel Communications started up last month following the merger of two Plymouth based consultancies, Complete Profile and Fresh Design & Marketing offering a totally integrated approach to design, marketing and sales for businesses.
The company, which is based at the Formation Zone in the University of Plymouth’s landmark Roland Levinsky building, advises local companies such as commercial law firm Bright LLP, who advised on the merger; Ian Williams, SSG Training & Consultancy, The Mortgage Shop, Bays Brewery, Wills Accountants, Real Traveller, Accountancy Plus Training and The Imperial Plymouth.
